Health & Safety
H&S is taken very seriously at Allard Construction Limited. We work within the guidelines of the H&S Act 1997.
We employ a Health & Safety Officer whose job it is to thoroughly assess all of the company's work activities to identify and eliminate hazards and adequately reduce and control risks. The Health & Safety Officer also carries out regular health and safety inspections of every site from which a written report is compiled and presented to the directors of the Company.
We are assessed yearly by CHAS, EXOR and Constructionline to ensure we comply with all Health & Safety Regulations.
We have a Company Health & Safety Policy and Specific Procedures Manual which is issued to all employees and subcontractors to ensure all work is carried out in accordance with current legislation and/or company best practice.
All contractors are required to attend weekly ToolBox Talks.
